The vast Auvergne is a treasure trove of exceptionally rich flora and fauna, with architecture specific to each of its massifs, local rock and climate giving it its own particularities. And let’s not forget the men who have shaped these highlands for generations, their pastoral activities making it possible to preserve and taste it through its gastronomy, with charcuterie and cheeses are the jewels in the crown.
