Day 1: Tunis - Kairouan

Meet and greet with our guide at the airport and drive to Kairouan. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel la Kasbah (this hotel located in the old Kasbah has the charm of an authentic architecture and is a stone's throw from the medina). Dinner and overnight stay at La Kasbah 5*

Day 2: Kairouan

After breakfast, visit the Great Mosque, the Barber's Mausoleum, and the Aghlabid Basins, and then walk through the medina. Enjoy free time for lunch at leisure, allowing you to savor local specialties such as couscous, or the famous Kairouan pastries, makroud. Dinner and overnight stay at La Kasbah 5*

Day 3: Kairouan - Kesra - Sbeitla

After breakfast drive to the village of Kesra , It is the highest Berber village (1100 meters above sea level). The alleys of it must be climbed through colorful steps carved into the rocks. The landscape is stunningly green, with lakes, fig orchards (with the best figs in Tunisia), and woodlands of Aleppo pines and oaks. The orchards are irrigated by about twenty springs. Visit the Kesra Museum and then drive to Sbeitla and walk through this particularly well-preserved archaeological site. Lunch on your own. Dinner and overnight at the Sufeitula Hotel 4 * located on the edge of archeological site.

Day 4: Sbeitla - Tozeur

After breakfast drive to Tozeur through an increasingly arid landscape. Visit of a brick maker who makes the small blond bricks with which all the buildings and houses of Tozeur are covered. Visit the palm grove, all the secrets of dates will be revealed to you. The afternoon will be devoted to the Nefta oasis. Dinner and overnight in Tozeur: Ras El Ain 4* or Similar

Day 5: Tozeur - Oasis - Ong Jmel - Tozeur

After breakfast, departure by 4x4 to the oasis of Chebika. A small path runs along the wadi, walk to the waterfall and the spring. The rock walls contain many fossils. Then the oasis of Tamerza and its ghost village . And finally Ong Jmel, an extraordinary mineral landscape where many films were shot including The English Patient. The return to Tozeur will be through the desert, possibility to wait for the sunset on the large dune. It is also where scenes from the Star Wars were filmed Dinner and overnight at the Hotel Ras el Ain 4*, or similar

Day 6: Tozeur - Chott - Kebili - Douz - Ksar Ghilane

After breakfast, cross the Chott el Jerid via Degache— a salty immensity, whose pink puddles are colored by brine shrimp, tiny shrimps. In Kebili you will see a water cooler for the palm groves. The water coming out at 80 degrees is "cooled" by an ingenious system that allows the date palms to be watered without scalding. Douz is the " gate of the desert". Friendly little town. It is very nice to drink a little tea in the village square with the locals. Dinner and accommodation in tents at Camp Pansy in Ksar Ghilane (Possibility of camel ride ,optional extra charge)

Day 7: Ksar Ghilane - Matmata - Tamezret

Breakfast and head to the Berber village of Matmata and Tamezret and visit a troglodyte house. Dinner and overnight in Tamazret: Dar Ayed Rural Cottage, (or similar in Matmata) Diar el Barbar Hotel

Day 8: Tamezret - Toujane - Tataouine

After the traditional breakfast, walk in the village of Toujane then drive to Tataouine, with visits of ksour. Dinner and accommodation at the Hotel Dakyanus 4*, or similar. Hotel well located for visits and pleasantly restored.

Day 9: Tatouine - Ksour - Gabes

After breakfast, visit the villages of ridge: Chenini and Ghermessa, supported on the sides of the mountain, two small jewels. The ksour are former collective granaries... each of those is are different and full of charm and integrated into the modern villages so nice encounters with locals. Free lunch then direction towards Sousse. Dinner and overnight stay at Marhaba Royal Salem 4* or similar

Day 10: Hammamet - Kelibia - Kerkouane - El Haouaria - Hammamet - Sousse

After breakfast, we take the road to Cap Bon, the vegetable garden and orchard of Tunisia: citrus orchards, vineyards, olive trees... In Kelibia, the citadel and especially in El Haouaria, the federation of falconers will welcome you and everything will be explained to you about these birds which, in May, will be educated for the festival of the hawk that takes place every year in June... in a great respect for wildlife and especially a great love for these birds. After the festival they are released into the wild. You also explore the archaeological site of Kerkouane. Back to the hotel in Sousse for dinner and accommodation.

Day 11: Sousse - Tunis - Bardo - Carthage - Sidi Bou Said - Sousse

Breakfast then departure to Tunis. Begin your journey in the heart of the Medina of Tunis, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you’ll wander through its labyrinthine alleys, vibrant souks, and architectural marvels, including the Zitouna Mosque and traditional palaces. Next, visit the Bardo Museum, home to one of the world’s finest collections of Roman mosaics, continue to the ancient ruins of Carthage, once a powerful Phoenician city and later a major Roman metropolis, where you will explore iconic sites such as the Antonin Baths, the Punic Ports, and Byrsa Hill. Conclude your journey in the picturesque village of Sidi Bou Said, famous for its white-and-blue architecture, charming cobbled streets, and stunning seaside views. Return to your hotel in Sousse for dinner and accommodation.
