Day 2: Luanda - Lubango

Arrival in Luanda. Transfer to the domestic airport for the flight to Lubango. Welcome to Lubango by your guide. Dinner and night at Pululukwa Lodge

Day 3: Lubango - Mocamedes

Road to Moçamedes, by the ocean, passing the famous Serra da Leba. Lunch in Mocamedes by the sea, then after a tour of the city you head towards the Colinas site where we will establish our first bivouac. Hiking in rock massifs with varied shapes. Dinner and bivouac.

Day 4: Mocamedes - Tchitundo Hulu

On the way to the sacred site of Tchitundo hulu. After introducing ourselves to the village chief, he will authorize us to climb the mountain to the rock paintings and engravings located mostly on the walls of an open cave. Dinner and bivouac near the village.

Day 5: Tchitundo Hulu - Iona National Park - Namib desert

Entrance into Iona National Park. Crossing the Namib Desert, where towering dunes meet the waves breaking waves of the Atlantic, offering a glimpse of the raw beauty of nature. Dinner and bivouac in the dunes.

Day 6: Namid Desert - Lubango - Cunene

Return road to Lubango. The large white dunes gradually give way to rocky tracks. During this day, you will cross entire fields of Welwitschia, the ancient plant that is only found in Angola and Namibia. You will also meet different ethnicities. Dinner and bivouac on the banks of the Cunene.

Day 7: Cunene - Oncocua

After a few hours on the track you will arrive at Oncocua where you will enjoy the day visiting the different tribal groups in the region, discovering their culture. Dinner and bivouac near a village.

Day 8: Oncocua - Lubango - Luanda

Road to Lubango to take the return flight to Luanda. Visit the Tundavala fault, which plunges more than 1000m towards the Cristo valley Rei which overlooks the whole town and the Boers cemetery. Flight to Luanda at the end of the day. Dinner on the Ilha and night at the Ilha Mar hotel.

Free day to visit Luanda. Transfer to the airport at the end of the day for your return flight.
